A Self-Funded Labor of Love
While The Living Canvas has matured into a prestigious centerpiece of Pittsburgh's visual arts community, it remains an entirely self-funded labor of love. Unlike large institutions, our exhibition exists through the generosity and support of the community we serve. Donations and sponsorships directly sustain the exhibition by funding:Artist Awards: Recognizing and rewarding outstanding fine artists with monetary prizes. Operating Costs: Covering vital logistics, venue rentals, and event setup. Marketing & Outreach: Promoting local artists to a wider audience across the region.

We are thrilled to share that this year's Art Outdoors event on Sunday, June 28, was a wonderful success, drawing over 20 talented artists and raising more than $600.00 to support the Living Canvas exhibition. Our heartfelt thanks go out to all who participated, with a special note of appreciation for our wonderful models, Will and Dylan, for so generously donating their time and talents.
